• The relays work independently of the portal. If the portal is unreachable, they keep accepting and delivering mail.
• We announce maintenance in advance: here, in the portal and by operational notice to the address on file.
• Whether a receiving server accepts a message is not up to us. This page does not show that; the log in the portal does.
• This page runs in the same environment as the portal. If both are down, it is unreachable too. You can then call us on +49 611 993 02-0.
