Status 5xx the client notices first
When every client has its own SMTP setup
-
WordPress / web hosting SMTPContact form messages go missing. The client notices the problem before the agency sees any alert.
-
WooCommerce / Microsoft 365Order and password emails get rejected. Troubleshooting starts in several different accounts.
-
Credentials in four password managersWho is allowed to send for which domain? After a staff change, nobody knows for sure anymore.
-
Billing / spreadsheet upkeepUsage and costs have to be assigned to each client project by hand.
MailBridge brings these projects together in one agency account. Without mixing up client domains and credentials.
Process from the first client to the monthly bill
Four steps, and it runs
The assistant in the portal guides you through every step. If you like, we set up your first client project together with you.
-
Create a client project
A separate sender domain and separate SMTP credentials for each client. The client gets no portal access; you manage everything.
-
Verify the domain
A TXT record proves that you are allowed to send for the domain. The assistant shows SPF, DKIM and DMARC as a comparison of expected and actual values.
-
Monitor sending
The log and bounces show what was accepted, delivered or rejected. Credentials can be rotated or blocked.
-
Export costs
Usage and prorated costs per client project, as a CSV file in Excel format, going back twelve months.
A client project only starts sending once its domain is verified.
Portal for day-to-day agency work
Separate projects, one shared contract
-
One shared volume
The booked volume applies across all client projects. You distribute it freely, without readjusting anything per client.
-
Separate for each client
Its own sender domain, its own SMTP credentials, its own passwords. Rotatable at any time without touching your other clients.
-
Pause clients
Stop a client with one click over an unpaid invoice or a dormant project. When you resume, exactly the credentials that were active before become active again.
-
Costs per client
Usage and prorated costs are available per client project, ready to bill on. Prices are locked in for each month.
-
REST API
Read access to delivery status, bounces, usage and the end customer list, with a separate API key per agency. Endpoints and error codes are listed in the API reference.
-
Germany and support
Servers in Germany, GDPR, DPA and TOM signed by us in the portal, portal in English and German, a personal contact instead of a ticket system.
Agency trial controlled, but enough
Test with three real client projects
Coordinating with clients and getting access to their DNS takes time. That is why the agency trial runs for 30 days instead of the usual 14. If you like, we will help you set up the first three projects.
- 30 days instead of 14: enough time to coordinate with clients and get DNS access.
- 500 test emails for the entire trial period, across all client projects.
- Up to 3 client projects, each with one sender domain. This limit goes away once you choose a plan.
- Sending only starts after the client domain is verified. For client domains, you must be authorized to send on the client's behalf.
- The trial is meant for transactional email. Newsletters, bulk mailings, cold outreach, purchased recipient lists and address validation are excluded.
- A business email address is required. New agencies, or ones we cannot clearly verify, may be reviewed manually before activation.
- No payment details and no automatic conversion: unless you actively choose a plan, you never get an invoice.

One tier for your combined client volume
You distribute the volume freely across all client projects. Every tier includes client management, the portal, reputation management and support.
| Tier | Emails / month | Price / month | per 1,000 | Select |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Agency 10K | up to 10,000 | €29.90 | €2.99 | Select |
| Agency 25KRecommended | up to 25,000 | €54.90 | €2.20 | Select |
| Agency 50K | up to 50,000 | €89.90 | €1.80 | Select |
| Agency 100K | up to 100,000 | €149.90 | €1.50 | Select |
| Agency Enterprise | over 100,000 | on request | · | View |
- The volume applies across all client projects, and you distribute it freely.
- Extra emails: €9.90 per 5,000 (€1.98 per 1,000), billed automatically. The same price on every tier.
- 10% grace margin: up to 10% over your volume costs you nothing extra. On Agency 25K, that means up to 27,500 emails.
- Cost cap: a monthly maximum per tier (10K: 100,000 · 25K: 150,000 · 50K: 200,000 · 100K: 300,000 emails). Above that, sending pauses automatically, and you release it in the portal or switch tiers.
- Switch tiers yourself at any time: a larger tier applies immediately and is prorated, a smaller one from the next billing date.

FAQ for agencies
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate contract for each client?
No. One agency contract covers all the client projects you set up. Domain, SMTP credentials, usage and costs stay separate for each client.
Can I pass the costs on to my clients?
Yes. In the portal you see usage and prorated costs per client. The data can be exported for twelve months as a CSV file in Excel format. Base and plan prices are locked in for each month, so later price changes do not alter the history.
Can a client be paused?
Yes. You can pause a client project with one click and resume it later. All of its credentials are deactivated on the server, and your other clients keep sending. Settings and logs are kept.
Does MailBridge work with WordPress and WooCommerce?
MailBridge provides SMTP credentials and can be used by any application that supports SMTP with authentication and TLS. The exact setup depends on the plugin or system you use.
Why is the agency trial limited?
All customers share the delivery reputation of the infrastructure. Domain verification and volume limits keep trial accounts from being used for unwanted mailings. That is why the trial is limited to transactional email.
What happens after the agency trial?
You decide whether to choose an agency tier. There is no automatic conversion and no invoice unless you actively choose a plan. If you switch, the client projects and credentials you set up stay in place, and the limit of three client projects goes away.
How is this different from the Bridge line?
Bridge is for one company with its own domain. The agency line is for sending on client domains: it adds client management, cost breakdown per client and the REST API. A comparison of both lines is on the pricing page.
